We offer a flexible support model. We will build a tailored plan for your organisation’s success, recommending a package that will meet your needs and suit your budget.

This could involve intensive work on a particular project or issue. Alternatively, it could involve us providing you with a set number of hours per month in which we will support you in whatever way is needed – whether this means capacity-building, intensive support around board meetings, or helping to put out the occasional fire.
